How
long will it take to get my account set up?
It will take roughly 3-4 business days from the time you fill out your
paperwork for an account to be built.
When
will my transactions get funded into my bank account?
For Visa, MasterCard and Discover your money will be funded in 24-48 hours.
American Express will take 3-4 days.
Do
I have to switch my bank if I use BC Processing services?
Most certainly not. We prefer our clients to keep their existing relationships.
If they would like to see other options, we will gladly make an introduction
to some partner banks.
What
bank is BC Processing with?
BC Processing is a direct processor and has no direct affiliations with
any particular bank. Its network – Elavon – is wholly owned
by U.S. Bancorp, the sixth largest financial holdings company in the United
States.
Do
I have to purchase new equipment?
BC Processing makes every effort to make each conversion as smooth as
possible. When our sales consultants call you, they will ask what type
of equipment or software you currently use. BC Processing equipment is
compatible with most equipment. Please be sure to have that information
ready when you speak to a consultant.
Can
I purchase new equipment through BC Processing?
Yes, you can. BC Processing only endorses equipment approved by the FDIC.
